Applicability of consumer rights to this plan

FOR CUSTOMERS RESIDING IN JURISDICTIONS SUBJECT TO CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS, THE BENEFITS OF THE ABOVE PLANS ARE IN ADDITION TO ANY RIGHTS AND REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU UNDER SUCH LAWS AND REGULATIONS. NOTHING IN THIS PLAN SHALL AFFECT ANY RIGHTS GRANTED TO CONSUMERS UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING CONSUMERS' RIGHTS TO REMEDIES UNDER STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND TO DAMAGES IN THE EVENT OF APPLE'S TOTAL OR PARTIAL NON-PERFORMANCE OR INADEQUATE PERFORMANCE OF ITS CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS.

1. The plan

This Agreement governs the hardware repair and technical assistance services offered to you by eflea under the above plan (collectively, the "Plan") for your eflea brand product and its eflea brand accessories included in the original packaging (the "Covered Hardware") listed on your proof of coverage document (the "Plan Confirmation"). Plan terms are the same whether paid on a one-time basis ("Single Payment Plan") or on a monthly basis ("Monthly Payment Plan"), unless otherwise specified. Your plan may be paid for by you or by a third party who finances or otherwise pays for your plan (a "plan payment provider").

2. Beginning and end of coverage

Coverage begins at the time of plan purchase and ends on the date indicated on your plan confirmation (the "Coverage Period"). To obtain your Plan Confirmation, register your covered equipment and Plan Registration Number ("Plan Contract Number") with eflea. If automatic registration is available, you may receive a separate plan confirmation. If the automatic registration option is available and you do not receive a separate plan confirmation, your original invoice will replace the plan confirmation. The plan conditions, the original plan invoice and the plan confirmation form part of your service contract. The plan price is shown on the original invoice provided by eflea, the vendor from whom you purchased your plan (a "reseller") or your plan payment provider. Coverage for equipment repair and technical assistance under this plan is in addition to coverage provided under the manufacturer's equipment warranty and free technical assistance.
